ProductManager: New Update (30.07.25) – Multilingual Sales Invoices and More! | Updates

We have great news for our global ProductManager users! With the July 30, 2025 update, our software is now even more versatile, making it easier to communicate with international customers and offering greater flexibility.

Share and Print Invoices in Four Languages!

Now, sales invoices in ProductManager can be shared and printed in the four supported languages by the program: Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, English, and German. This feature has been integrated into the "Add Order" and "Order History" screens, ensuring that you can serve clients from various nationalities with clarity and professionalism.

How to issue a sales invoice in another language for international customers:

  • Access Settings: Inside ProductManager, go to the "Settings" section.
  • Change the Program's Language: Select the desired language (Spanish, English, or German) from the language options.
  • Find and Share the Order: Go to the "Order History" screen, locate the order you want to share, and use the sharing function. The invoice will be generated and sent in the language you selected.
  • Return to Your Language: To switch the program back to your default language, simply go to "Settings" and change the language again.

This update simplifies communication with customers in different countries, enhancing the professional image of your business!

Flexibility in Sharing Invoices via Email

For those sharing sales invoices directly from the browser, you now have more control over which email will be used for sending. By default, ProductManager uses the first email from your logged-in Google account (usually hosted on browser unit 0).

How to change the email for sharing invoices:

  • After generating the share link or viewing the URL for sending, you will see the "/u/0/" part in the URL.
  • To change the email used, simply replace the "0" with the email address or ID of the email you want to use (for example, "/u/1/" for the second logged-in email, "/u/2/" for the third, and so on).

This feature provides greater flexibility in managing your email sends, especially for businesses that use multiple emails.

We are always working to improve ProductManager and provide the tools your business needs to grow. Stay tuned for more updates!
