ProductManager: How to Change Your Access Password? | Tutorials

Forgot your password or need to update it on ProductManager? No worries! The process is quick and secure, but it varies slightly depending on your user type.

If You Are an Administrator (Admin)

If you are the account administrator (the one who purchased the subscription) or hold admin permissions in ProductManager, the process is very simple:


  • Go to the login screen of ProductManager.
  • Enter your registered email in the login field.
  • Click on the "Forgot password" option.
  • Done! You’ll receive a secure link in your email to reset and create a new password. Don’t forget to check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

This method ensures that only the email account owner can perform the reset, keeping your data secure.

If You Are a Salesperson (Limited Access User)

For sales users in ProductManager, the password change must be done by an account administrator. This ensures greater control and security for your business:


  • Contact an administrator user.
  • The administrator should go to the "User Management" screen within the system.
  • There, they can select your profile and change your password quickly and securely.

This measure protects the integrity of your business data and operations, ensuring that only authorized users manage access credentials.
